2)  In the event that at least 2 days have passed since the date of purchase of the goods and it was not possible to process the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and proceed with the return of the entire amount paid by the same means used for payment.

LOG file

At each access to the pages of this website, user data will be transmitted through the internet browser and saved in protocol files, the so-called server log files. All our items are handcrafted; any imperfections are not to be considered defects, but a sign of manual and not industrial processing.

 

In the event of unforeseen events which would make it impossible to proceed with the order, we reserve the right to cancel it, subject to reimbursement of the amount paid.

 

The customer is required to examine the goods and communicate via email any breakages due to transport, within 24 hours of delivery, by means of photos certifying the damage. Only in this case can you request the exchange or refund and exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99.

 

Right of withdrawal:

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99, those who purchase products on the site  www.anforacapri.com , can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of the goods.

Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the customer's communication, the refund will be made by bank transfer. The aforementioned refund refers exclusively to the price of the product, while the additional shipping costs will not be refunded and will remain the responsibility of the consumer, otherwise, in the event of receipt of the goods damaged during transport or delivery.

To receive the refund, the customer must send us the bank details of his current account by e-mail, in order to re-credit the sum by bank transfer.
